Just about five years ago this former industrial area was completely reestablished as a mixed use suburban community. Given the proximity to the school Rotweg, one of the primary goals was to provide supporting services to the caretaking of kids. Our goals obviously met the local needs as the Promenade Horgen today offers a daycare center, a kindergarten and a children’s clothing store. The local VOI Migros Partner shop makes grocery shopping very convenient. Its broad selection allows you to do most of your shopping right in front of your doorstep. At the Promenade Horgen you not only have a choice of local services, but the adjoining bus station and the nearby highway access, easily and quickly connect you with any desired destination.
We offer a mix of residential apartments ranging from 2,5 rooms to 5,5 rooms. All apartments are contemporarily equipped and each boosts a modern home venting system. Independent of the individual location, most apartments offer a view of lake Zurich, some quite spectacularly.
